Privacy Policy

SyntheticsTX is operated by Esteban Alvarez, an Independent AMSOIL Dealer (#5533650). All product orders and account registrations are completed through AMSOIL's secure website at AMSOIL.com. AMSOIL's privacy policy governs all transactions and data collected through their platform.

Information We Collect

When you submit a catalog request or contact us through this website, we collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to respond to your inquiry and provide product information. This information is not sold or shared with third parties other than AMSOIL INC. as required to fulfill your request.

How We Use Your Information

Contact information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your inquiry. If you opted in to marketing communications, you may receive occasional product updates from SyntheticsTX. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.

Optional ChatGPT Ad Measurement

On the Preferred Customer page, you may choose to allow OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel. If allowed, it measures page views and clicks from this website to AMSOIL.com that may be attributed to a ChatGPT ad. It does not measure registrations or purchases completed on AMSOIL.com, and SyntheticsTX does not send your name, email address, phone number, form responses, or transaction value through this pixel.

When you allow this optional measurement, the pixel may use the first-party cookies __oppref and __obref to support attribution. You can decline the measurement prompt or use the "Manage optional ChatGPT ad measurement" link on the Preferred Customer page to reopen your choice.
